“Luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not luxury.”
– Coco Chanel
This stunning 2-florey Neo-Classical penthouse, spreading over 1100 square meters, is a tribute to its owner’s passion for classicism.
Imposing French oak doors open to reveal a splendorous display of Neo-Classical elegance. The eye is immediately captivated by the expansively high ceilings, decorated with hand-painted crown moldings.
The salons walls are enhanced with touches of gold leaf and adorned with hand-detailed English-style motifs and beautiful paintings in gilded frames. Alongside the classical salons, a stylized Arabian diwan was especially designed to provide the warmth and comfort of oriental luxury.
Refined draperies and carpets, a striking chimney made from curved wood encrusted in hand-made copper detail and neo-classical furniture upholstered in the finest fabrics artfully combine to accentuate the overall feel of grandeur.
The terrace lounge, a secluded space of family fun and relaxation, is designed to look like an indoor garden area, framed by double-volume glass walls to provide unobstructed views of the city.
A sculptural hand-carved wood staircase rises from the center of the hallway to the private quarters, leading to the master suite and master bedrooms, all designed to impress with the highest standards of luxury.
