“…a house is much more than a mere shelter; it should lift us emotionally and spiritually.”
John Saladino
This 450 square meter dwelling transcends the conventional bounds of luxury, creating a unique living experience that fulfils the owners’ desires for space and refined comfort.
A private elevator with gold leaf doors opens to the entrance lobby, designed to shine with oriental elegance. 4 copper and marble columns rise in the corners to bear the beams of light shed on the ceiling’s decorative masterpiece: an exceptional arabesque, custom-made from copper inlaid in wood, reveals Quranic Verses achieved with rare mastery.
Several doorways, artfully hidden behind panels hand-painted with sunflower patterns, open to the salon area, where every detail is molded to perfection. The incorporation of gold and wood bestows a blend of warmth and luxury, even the ceiling is embellished with neoclassical patterns to mirror the marble floor design.
The dining room, surrounded by sophisticated modern wood panels is brightened with a colorful painting and a vivid chandelier. Secluded behind sliding doors, the living room is designed to provide ultimate comfort with subtle touches of luxury, like the sculptural ceiling masterpiece which looks like a hanging fabric and indirect lighting that envelops the room with warmth.
The bedrooms are appointed with nothing but comfort in mind, fusing light colors with wood to complement the overall feel of the house, which evokes sensations of peace and calmness.
Designer furniture, rich tapestries and works of art in each room enhance this residential sanctuary, complemented with state-of-the-art technologies including EIB electricity systems in the entire house, hence surrounding the inhabitants with a unique sense of opulence, in every space.
